After your order is confirmed and paid, in the next milling slot. Orders confirmed before the cutoff go into the same day's slot and are dispatched that day.

After you send your order on WhatsApp we confirm the delivery fee and send a UPI payment link. Milling starts once the payment is received. We do not take cash on delivery during the pilot.

A sticker on your sealed pack with your first name, the milling date and time, and a batch code. The batch code is logged against the ingredient lots we used. If you would like a short video of your batch being milled, ask on WhatsApp and we send it to you privately.

Keep the pack sealed until you open it. Then move the atta to an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. The best-before date is printed on the pack.

We are starting with Dwarka and the areas closest to Najafgarh. Enter your pincode on the delivery page to see if we reach you and what the fee is. Delivery is by local rider on the day of milling.

We do not make medical or health claims. Every ingredient and its percentage is listed on the product page and on the pack. If you follow a medical diet or have a food allergy, please read the list and ask your doctor what suits you.

Do not use it. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we replace the pack or refund you. Every batch is traceable, so we can also check the rest of that batch.

The 5 kg pack is our trial size. It keeps delivery economical and gives you a fair test of a few weeks of rotis. The 10 kg pack has free delivery inside the pilot zone.
