These terms apply to orders placed with MilledOnOrder, a brand of Chaudhary Traders, Najafgarh, New Delhi.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we accept it on WhatsApp and payment is received. Milling does not start before payment.
- Prices are shown per pack and include all taxes. The delivery fee is shown before you pay.
- We may decline or limit an order if the pincode is outside our delivery zone or if a milling slot is full.
Delivery
- Orders confirmed before the daily cutoff are milled and dispatched the same day on milling days. Later orders go into the next slot.
- Delivery is by local rider. Please check the seal when you receive the pack.
- If nobody is available at the confirmed address, a redelivery charge may apply.
Product
- Every ingredient and its percentage is listed on the product page and the pack. We make no medical or health claims.
- Fresh atta should be stored as described on the pack. We are not responsible for atta stored open or in damp conditions.
