MilledOnOrder is a brand of Chaudhary Traders. This page explains what we collect when you order or message us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, delivery address and pincode when you place an order or send an enquiry.
- Your order history, so we can trace a batch if there is ever a problem and remind you when you are likely to need a reorder.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address, used only to protect the forms from abuse.
- A small cookie that remembers your chosen packs while you check out. There are no advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To confirm, mill, pack and deliver your order and to reply on WhatsApp.
- To send a reorder reminder. Reply STOP at any time and we stop.
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone except the delivery rider who needs your address.
The milling video and your name
Your first name and order code appear on the pack sticker and, if you ask for one, in a short milling video sent to you privately on WhatsApp. We never post your name, address or video publicly without asking you first.
